The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The location is in a quiet street close to shops, library and City Cat stop to UQ.
Rent is $240 per week with all utilities included (electricity, Wi-fi). Two weeks' rent in advance would be required. Over many years, I have had many boarders from overseas staying at my place.
