We are a semi-retired couple who own a large old historic Queenslander home. We occupy the top level of the house while the bottom level is a self contained granny flat with 2 large bedrooms, a shared kitchen and shared bathroom. We are within walking distance of the UQ campus, or one stop on the bus. The bus and train are both only a few minutes walk away, as are the Buranda shopping centre with Woolworths and Kmart etc and the fresh food supermarket - Coco's is just across the road. A number od fast food outlets such as McDonalds and GuzmanYGomez are 5 mins walk away. The PAH is three streets from us. The first bedroom is already occupied, but the second bedroom has just becoma available due to a student urgently returning home to Taiwan
